Absolutely. Every cleaner at DeepFresh goes through a thorough background check, reference verification, and our DeepFresh Training Programme before their first job. All cleaners wear branded uniforms and carry official ID. You will always know who is coming to your home or office.

Yes. DeepFresh Cleaning Services is fully insured. In the unlikely event that any accidental damage occurs during a clean, we are covered. We take full responsibility for our work and will make it right.

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access and let our team get on with it. If you prefer to be present, that is absolutely fine too. All our cleaners are fully vetted and professional — you can trust them in your space.

Yes, we supply all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. Our products are eco-friendly, non-toxic and safe for children and pets. If you have any allergies or specific product preferences, please let us know when booking.

We accept bank transfers and POS payments. Payment is typically made after the job is completed to your satisfaction. For larger commercial contracts, we issue a formal invoice with a specified payment window.

We stand behind our work 100%. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas you are unhappy with — at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will not rest until it is achieved.

Yes, and it is our most popular option! You can set up weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans. Regular clients get priority scheduling, a dedicated cleaning team who learns your preferences, and preferential rates on larger jobs.

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for standard cleans. For deep cleans, post-construction cleans or estate cleaning contracts, we recommend 3–5 days notice to ensure we can send the right team and equipment. Same-day bookings are available subject to availability.
